I went to leave one morning and suddenly couldn’t get the garage door open. Turns out one of the springs had broken. All Points Garage Doors handled the spring replacement at our Wyldwood property and also balanced the door afterward. It opens easily again and doesn’t feel nearly as heavy. Quick, straightforward service and a solid repair.

Had an issue with the garage door at our place in Cedar Creek and called All Points Garage Doors. They showed up on time, figured out the problem pretty quickly, and explained what needed to be fixed. Everything is working smoothly again, and the whole process was easy. Really happy with how they handled the job.
My garage door spring broke. I called All Points Garage Doors for some help yesterday morning. A technician showed up at 12:30 and the problem was fixed by 1 PM. Santos, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm very happy with the results, and even happier to know that I now have a company that I can depend on next time I have any issues with my garage door. I highly recommend this company.

Victor got his team out to me right away when I was having a problem. They also went the extra mile to install a safety light for my side mount opener so I could use the MyQ apps full features.
As other reviews show, they are absolutely true. I had an issue with my garage door closing. I had two other companies come and look at the door and both of them said I had to replace the door. All Points Garage technician showed up and I explained the problem and mentioned to him that seems like I may need to replace the door, but he said let me see what I can do. He made some adjustments to the rail system and explained why these adjustments were needed. Garage door was now closing smoothly. No new door needed. He said the door was good and with this adjustment it should be good for a few more years. I love their honesty and willing to fix it first instead of just offering a replacement. I highly recommend them!!!!!

Thank you to Victor and Santos. I thought I needed a new garage door opener arm bracket, but Santos came to inspect and it just needed to be screwed back into place. He also inspected the rest of the door and applied some oil/lubricant to the squeaky parts. Really easy communication via email with Victor, quick and honest service and pricing, with no attempts to try and sell me anything I didn’t need. I really appreciate it and would definitely recommend these guys!

All Points Garage Doors offered me a regular motor but also a more modern one that was manageable with an app which was perfect for us. We can open it via the app even when away from home for deliveries. Garage works flawlessly now.
